About Appraisers Network

Appraisers Network has prepared residential real estate appraisals across Southern California for nearly four decades. In that time the market has moved through booms, corrections, and long stretches of quiet steadiness — our approach has stayed the same: look closely at the property and the comparable sales, and report a value we can stand behind.

We work directly with homeowners, attorneys, lenders, and the courts, on assignments ranging from a straightforward purchase appraisal to complex estate, litigation, and property-tax matters. Because the firm is small, the person who answers your call is generally the person doing the appraisal.

How we work

• Local first. We appraise the neighborhoods we know, using recent, genuinely comparable sales rather than county-wide averages.
• Scoped to purpose. A refinance, a probate filing, and a tax appeal call for different forms and different levels of detail — we ask what the report is for before we start.
• Direct communication. Questions about the process, the timeline, or the report get a straight answer from the person who prepared it.

Our appraisals are prepared by a certified residential appraiser licensed by the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers, in compliance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
