Mission Statement


      The world is a constantly changing place. The climate in which we exist is changing on so many levels. The Real Estate Market is especially changing. In order to thrive as a business we must look ahead and understand the trends and forces that will shape our future. We have been in business since 1986 and anticipate being in business for years to come. However, in order to thrive in this ever changing world of Real Estate Valuation we must have long term goals. Our vision is to prepare for what's to come and our place in that future. Our values are reflected in our work ethic and customer's needs. The purpose of our company is to serve our clients and give them the utmost respect and customer care possible. We strive to give our clients a positive experience and make their lives just a little simpler. We will do our best to make our clients feel they are getting the best possible care, attention and most importantly the correct market value for their property.


Economic Predictions

      Several years ago when the market was on the upswing we knew it was not going to last. We made a prediction in 2005 that the market would not be able to sustain the unrealistic climb in prices and that it had just about reached it's peak. We noticed in 2006 prices were holding their own in many areas but towards the end of the year many areas were starting to fall. In certain areas prices are still falling today in 2010. We further predicted the bottom of the real estate market; one of us predicted 2011 and the other 2013. So it seemed clear, the time to purchase would be between 2011 and 2013. However, the beach areas appear to be holding their own at this time in 2010. The market should start to recover in 2013 and reach it's peak in 2021. Time to sell 2021. Our prediction was based on the history of the past 3 decades. We are very curious to see if the pattern holds and if our predictions hold true.
